  • Items must not be opened or damaged. Perishable goods (e.g., food) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Items that were part of a promotional offer or clearance sale may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Food items that have been opened or consumed.
  • Perishable goods that are no longer in a saleable condition.
  • Gift cards and other items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return Items

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them to the provided return address.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will assist in processing your exchange based on availability. You can choose to exchange for:

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or an error was made in the order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
